Description

My family loves "Krapfen" but I hate dealing with all the grease. I found this recipe ([link]) for italian Bomboloni Soffici and I love it. They taste nearly like the fried stuff but are so much easier to make. I filled some with strawberry jam and the rest with a light chocolate ganache.
