I needed more room in my freezer so I took out some old sponge cakes and made this cake pop-like mini cakes.
1. chocolate sponge, milk chocolate, rum flavour
2. vanilla sponge, cream cheese, pineapple jam
3. chocolate sponge, coffee chocolate
4. vanilla sponge, cream cheese, strawberry jam

My personal favourites are 1 and 4...mhhh.
